Q. What happens if I want to speak to a real person?
A. Well, The Buggy Brolly Company is part of Rob McAlister Ltd and we put a lot of emphasis on Customer Support and as such try to make ourselves as accessible as possible to the general public. We are based in the UK and our phones are manned during normal UK office hours. So, if you need to speak to a real person, please phone our main number in the UK on 01525 382938.
Q. My purchase is late – what should I do?
A. Please be assured that we take every effort to get your purchase to you within the stated delivery schedule. The delivery times shown on our website are indicative and not guaranteed. On occasions there are times when our courier (DHL) cannot get your parcel delivered on time for one of a number of reasons. Once your parcel leaves our premises both ourselves and you, the customer, are completely dependent upon the courier. In the event of a late delivery, we will chase DHL for you and apply for refunds on your behalf where appropriate and applicable. Generally DHL’s service is amongst the very best there is and as a company, we are happy with the service that they provide. We have procedures in place that will alert us if your parcel is delayed and will contact you as a matter of course – keeping you up to date and informed when and if such an occasion arises. Q. How do I know if the Buggy Brolly will fit my pushchair/buggy/pram?
A. The Buggy Brolly fits most pushchairs, buggies and prams – but there are a few that it doesn’t. There are literally thousands and thousands of manufacturers and designs of pushchair on the market and it simply is not feasible to test the Buggy Brolly on them all. We rely on feedback from our customers and advertise the results here for purpose of information. Please check out our compatibility page and see if your particular model is listed. If it isn’t, it does not mean that it will not fit – on the contrary, it most likely will, it just means that we have not received feedback pertaining to your make or model. As a rule of thumb, if your model of pushchair/buggy/pram has a small area of handlebar that is accessible and will accommodate our small but very versatile clamp – it probably will fit.

A. We have many, many deals on our website because we like to provide our customers with value for money. Any money that you have saved as a result of selecting a deal or promotional offer will be added to your subtotal in the form of a discount on page 2 of our shopping cart.
Q. How do I estimate my shipping charge?
A. Simply add the item(s) that you propose to buy to our shopping cart – we calculate your shipping charge based on the weight and size of your chosen product(s), so you must give us this information in order that we may do the calculation. You will then automatically be taken to our shopping cart where there is a button that opens up our ‘Shipping Estimator’.
